The default is 3 days in advance. Special or detailed custom cakes may need more lead time.
Do you accept same-day orders?+
M&C is a preorder-first bakery so every item can be prepared fresh and with care.
Can I customise the design?+
Yes. Use the Custom Cake Studio to share theme, colours, budget, message and reference images.
How does payment work?+
No online payment gateway is used. After submission, M&C confirms the order on WhatsApp and shares payment details directly.
Do you make eggless cakes?+
Yes, where marked. Availability can be controlled product-by-product from admin.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Use your Order ID and phone number on the Track Order page.
